Fees

Dr. Michael Reynolds offers appointments via telephone, via online counseling and at his office.  All appointments are  for one hour.  The first initial diagnostic appointment is $135.00 and each follow up appointment is $115.00. Please note that insurance will usually pay for in-office visits but does not pay for online and/or telephone counseling. 

Gloria Reynolds, R.N., BS, our Professional Life Coach, offers appointments at the Eden, NC office only and via telephone only.  All appointments are for one hour.  The first initial diagnostic appointment is $65.00 and each follow up appointment is $55.00.  Please note that insurance does not pay for professional life coaching.

Payment
All payments including insurance co-payments are due at the beginning of each session.  We will bill your insurance for you, but you accept responsibility for any payment not made by insurance.
